The third ZIGURAT Institute of Technology summit, titled Construction Changemakers: AI, BIM and Sustainability, will take place in Barcelona, Spain, on 20 June
The event at Hotel Catalonia Plaza Catalunya will host six panels examining different aspects of artificial intelligence, BIM and sustainable construction, which will be held simultaneously in English and Spanish.
Urban Futures: How can we design resilient cities for an ever-changing world?
This session will examine innovative design, sustainable practices and technology advances that will transform cities into adaptable environments and inspire urban planning in an increasingly certain world.
Speakers will include Chris Dymond from Unfolding, Guillermo Corral of ZIGURAT, Cynthia Echave from the Government of Catalonia and Ruth Gow of Bax & Company.
The era of AI: How is it redefining the industry? [H3]
This panel discussion will explore how artificial intelligence is revolutionising construction, share both current and potential applications of AI in the sector and examine the challenges and opportunities in its implementation.
The panel will feature Jesús Perucho from bim+partners, Oana Taut from infrared.city and Salomé Araújo Martins from SKAAI.
What’s next in digital transformation? Exploring trends, challenges and sustainable solutions
An expert panel will unpack the latest trends, tackle pressing challenges and showcase how sustainability can be integrated into digital strategies.
The discussion will feature Bruno Mota from Assystem, Mauro Manca from ZIGURAT and Almudena Gómez from Modelical.
