The two-day, in-person event will examine topics including:
- Discovering new offsite solutions and Modern Methods of Construction.
- Emerging design and construction tech that reduces cost and boost productivity.
- Strategies for designing and delivering sustainable, energy-efficient, high performing buildings.
- The impact of AI, automation and robotics for building design and construction.
- Rethink contracts and risk for improved collaboration with your industry experts and policymakers.
There will also be a number of local project site walks and a technology exhibition trade show featuring start-ups and tech firms.
Event participants include Balfour Beatty, Hexagon, Autodesk, DroneDeploy and Digital Building Components.
Day one: Project site walks
Day one will feature a number of local project site walks showcasing the use of emerging technology and digital transformation in reshaping design and construction.
They will include visits to the Nox Innovations Facility, which provides virtual design and construction services for contractors; the first cross-laminated timber office building in Arizona, the Beam on Farmer by Mortensen; and Del E Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.
Day two: Exhibition, executive presentations and panel discussions
