Construction Technology ConFex UAE 2024 will take place at the Ritz Carlton JBR Hotel Dubai on 3-4 June
This year’s event will spotlight the role of construction technology in helping the industry achieve decarbonisation in a structured and effective manner.

The Construction Technology Awards 2024 will also be part of CTF UAE 2024.
The showcase will celebrate industry achievements in technology implementation, digital transformation and sustainability leadership.
Finalists are shortlisted in 16 categories, including Contractor of the Year, BIM Project of the Year and Women in Contech.
Shortlisted companies include AtkinsRéalis, Ramboll and China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East.
The winners will be announced on 4 June.
Property Technology ConFex 2024
Property Technology ConFex 2024 will be co-located Construction Technology ConFex.
The region’s biggest proptech event brings together owners with asset management, property management, facilities management, community management and commercial real estate professionals.
It will explore digital use cases aimed at improving profitability, user experience and operational efficiencies while reducing carbon emissions.
