Nemetschek Group has launched a global network of partners in reality capture, data integration and consulting to accelerate the adoption of its dTwin digital twin platform

The open, cloud-based digital twin solution brings together all data sources of a building in one overarching view. CAD/BIM and IWMS information is fused with real-time streams from building operations to enhance visibility, efficiency and data-driven insights.

To help owners and operators maximise value from a digital twin, Nemetschek has secured partnerships with reality capture, data integration and consulting companies in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.

Leveraging the power of digital twins

Reality capture partners will help dTwin users in digitising facilities, particularly existing buildings, with Scan2BIM services.

State of-the-art laser scanning and photogrammetry technologies provide customers with accurate, as-built data for the foundation of a building’s digital twin.

Meanwhile, seamless data integration ensures an effective connection of systems to establish the digital twin within a software ecosystem.

BIM and AEC/O consulting ensure that customers across different industries and phases of the building lifecycle can realise the potential of a digital twin.

Empowering users worldwide

In the DACH region, dTwin is collaborating with reality capture specialists DANZ FM and BIMm Services. BIMm Services was part of the dTwin pilot project, the digitalisation of Nemetschek’s headquarters in Munich, Germany.

Plandata, headquartered in Vienna, Austria, focuses on BIM products and services.

For the Scandinavian market, dTwin is partnering with Norway’s Sørensen Arkitektur AS. The architecture consulting firm will support customers to realise the full potential of dTwin for architectural projects.

In Eastern Europe, Nemetschek has established a partnership with the Romania-based consultant ALLBIM NET.

Nemetschek reseller and implementation consultant Real Data Systems (RDS) will cover Africa, the Middle East, Ireland and the UK.

SIMBIM, a BIM and management consulting firm in Spain and Canada, will serve both the Iberian Peninsula and North America.

Additionally, consulting company Open BIM (Hong Kong) will support customers implementing dTwin.

César Flores Rodríguez, Nemetschek chief division officer planning & design and digital twin, said: “We are delighted to welcome these partners to our dTwin ecosystem.

“Their expertise and local expertise will be invaluable in extending the reach of dTwin and empowering customers worldwide with advanced reality capture solutions, as well as maximising the benefits of a digital twin through high-value consulting. We look forward to continuously expanding this network and increasing the benefits for our customers worldwide.”

Earlier this year, Nemetschek announced a global partnership with reality capture specialist Hexagon to support digital twin adoption.
