Women in BIM has announced transformation coach and author Penny Locaso as the keynote speaker for its Melbourne conference

The Melbourne event, which takes place on 14 November, is the third and final Women in BIM conference of 2024 following events in London, England, and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Penny Locaso is the world’s first “Happiness Hacker”, on a quest to teach 10m humans by 2025 how to flourish in life.

Voted on of the most influential female entrepreneurs in Australia, Locaso left a 16-year career as an executive, relocated from Perth back to Melbourne and started her own purpose-driven company, HackingHappy.co.

Her work creating the world first Intentional Adaptability Quotient (IAQ) psychometric tool and education program was recently published in the American Consulting Journal of Psychology. IAQ® decodes the skills required to not only navigate but flourish in complex and uncertain change.

She has partnered with the likes of Google, Microsoft, Booking.com, SalesForce, Deloitte and LuluLemon.

Discover your impact

The keynote session, Discover Your Impact and Shape the Future of Your Career, is designed to empower attendees to elevate their impact and influence others so they can shape a more inclusive and innovative future in their field.
